🚚 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

🌍 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days (Domestic)

Express Shipping: 3–5 business days (Domestic)

International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs, or seasonal demand.


🌎 International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S.

Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are your responsibility.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active.


📬 Shipping Address Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
